    dojo.io.blind() Question

    Hello,

    This is what I want to do:

    1) I have a webpage with 2 sections, left section navigation, right section content.

    2) When a visitor clicks a link on the left column, I want to use AJAX (I'm using the Dojo toolkit) to display an existing HTML page in the right column.

    So for example I have my empty div <div id="contentDiv"></div>. A visitor clicks "Link A", all of a sudden the content of "pageA.html" pops in to the <div>.

    How do I do that? I believe I'm supposed to use dojo.io.bind(), but not sure. Dojo's horribly documented. Anyone have any other suggestions for a toolkit? I need drag and drop, page requests, a text editor, and that's about it. I'm not far into development, and think that it might be easier to use a toolkit that actually tells you how to use it... but I'm not aware of another toolkit which has all of these functions.

    Regards,

    Pavel

    OK, I've decided to go with Prototype instead. It's a much better documented framework - much easier to use for a beginner.

    I can easily achieve what I need using Ajax.Updater.
