Yeah it uses the XUL (eXtendible User-interface Language) and RDF languages. Netscape covers this both on their Developers page and I believe you can find information about it at mozilla.org. You can find out about RDF at the W3C website and others around the net as well. Both of these languages are schemes or DTD's based upon XML
