The Javascript for the parent frame can be viewed if you use IE to open.

Basically, the parent frame consists of two child frames- the header and the contents.
Another Javascript is used for the answers.

I can't see this as having anything to do with CGI. The file that is causing the problems in your page is "style.css". This file doesn't exist on your server. Either place it on the server or delete the line looking for it and Netscape should be able to load the pages.

IE can load the pages because it says the file doesn't exist, oh well I'll do the best I can. Navigator has stricter matching requirements.
