Linking to your link at Google

I am not sure how to explain my question, but lets try.

I run a website for classified ads. These ads are stored on their own web pages. I noticed the other day that one of these ads has made it to #3 in google for the term "hesston belt buckle". Ok, it is probably not the most important search tearm in the world but I'm pretty proud of it.

I was thinking about bragging about the position of this page on my home page by making a link to the google page with the "hesston belt buckle" ad on it. All of my web page ads have only one link - back to my index page.

Here is my question. Shouldn't there be some really good feedback going on here? Has anyone else tried something like this? Does Google factor this out when they figure page rank?

    thanks

Yeh, the feedback could be decent, but you must remember that the Page Rank of each individual ad page wouldn't be too high. If each of your pages had a higher PR, you would be looking at a much better feedback situation.

When I look at it again I am not seeing any pagerank for the search result page "hesston belt buckle" or any search result in Google.
