I need several scripts ready to go...!?!?

I am looking to start a variety of sites and need a pre-programmed site with a ton of content already in there along with spaces for google adsense, banners and some affiliate lead program built in (like a mortgage site, they enter in their information and I get paid $10 or whatever for it). Am I asking too much??

    I need one for:
    1. mortgage site
    2. real estate site
    3. computer hardware/electronics site
    4. general personal finance

any clue on turnkey sites for these fields and where I can get them? thanks!

I would say you get what you pay for.
Is someone going to hand you a profitable site for cheap? No way.
It will take more than a "turn key" site to start making a profit, namely lots of time and development and learning on your part.

I don't recall using the word "cheap" in my request. I asked for sites that already have tons of information/articles, etc... Do you really believe your reply was necessary - save the replies for people that have to offer what I asked for - or for people who can point me in the right direction. Too many jerkoffs in this site sometimes.

(I will ignore the last statement since my intent was not to offend you, nor am I easily offended)

I would suggest you look in the Sitepoint Marketplace and look for sites for sale, because you need something well developed, not "turn key" based on the small amount of information provided so far.

Try doing a googlesearch for "Turnkey sites" - there are many links to look through.
