Web based image editor help

I have a project I have recently dusted off and finally uploaded a beta archive to Sourceforge. This is an PHP5 web based image editor using the GD lib. I am really needing some feedback and suggestions on improving it. The app/imgProcess.php and imgEditor.php scripts are pretty ugly. Not sure if perhaps AJAX would better suited for some parts.

I recognise that benches image. Wasn't that used with the HSL functions?
