    decoding zend files...

OK, I thought you were unable to decode Zend encoded files? Well, this site claims they can do it: http://zendecode.com

If this is true, im not going be happy... granted, not most of my customers would know about this site or even what to do, but some could...

    What are your thoughts?

Zend released an update to their encoder system - 4.0 - some time ago. You will need to enable the strong obfuscation in the encoder to be mostly protected against common decoding attempts like this. Or use a better system like ionCube who released updates for their encoder to protect against decoding way back in January.
