Moving ssLinks db to new host

I'm contemplating changing web hosts, cuz I'm pretty dissatisfied with my current one and I want to know if I'm going to be able to move my ssLinks database.

If I can, how do I go about doing that?

I'm not very experienced with mySQL, and I've only got about 40 links or so set up, so if it's rather complicated to back up and restore the database on a new host, I may just re-enter all the links manually.

    thx in advance!

Do you have Telnet acces to your current server and will you have it on the new server. If the answer is no you can use phpMyAdmin:

I've got telnet access on my current server - I think I'll have it on new server (pretty sure where I'm going to host it, but am still looking around at other hosts).

Guess I should have searched the forums for info on backing up and restoring mySQL db's - I just looked specifically for ssLinks info...

My current host gives access to phpAdmin through CPanel 3, so I just figured out how to create a .sql file with the structure and data from the database - ah good, this looks like it's not going to be that difficult. Cool.
