    HTML advice needed - getting nowhere on ListMessenger forum

    I have just installed ListMessenger. That was a doddle, but creating a sign up page is proving something else.
    I need the check box layout you can see HERE
    ListMessenger has a method for you to add a field like this and get the HTML Code. For my requiremnt it produces <form action="http://www.bymnews.com/newsletter/public/listmessenger.php" method="post">
    <table style="width: 100%" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="1" border="0">
    <tr>
    <td style="color: #CC0000; font-weight: bold; padding-left: 5px">E-Mail Address/td>
    <td><input type="text" name="email_address" value="" maxlength="128" /></td>
    </tr>
    <tr>
    <td style="font-weight: bold; padding-left: 5px">First Name/td>
    <td><input type="text" name="firstname" value="" maxlength="32" /></td>
    </tr>
    <tr>
    <td style="font-weight: bold; padding-left: 5px">Last Name/td>
    <td><input type="text" name="lastname" value="" maxlength="32" /></td>
    </tr>
    <tr>
    <td style="vertical-align: top; color: #CC0000; font-weight: bold; padding-left: 5px">Headlines</td>
    <td>
    <input type="checkbox" name="headlines" value="2">- Product & Industry News
    <br />
    <input type="checkbox" name="headlines" value="3">- Sports News
    <br />
    <input type="checkbox" name="headlines" value="4">- General News
    <br />
    <input type="checkbox" name="headlines" value="5">- Property News<br />
    </td>
    </tr>
    <tr>
    <td style="color: #CC0000; font-weight: bold; padding-left: 5px">Subscriber Action/td>
    <td>
    <select name="action">
    <option value="subscribe">Subscribe</option>
    <option value="unsubscribe">Unsubscribe</option>
    </select>
    </td>
    </tr>
    <tr>
    <td colspan="2" align="right">
    <input type="hidden" name="group_ids[]" value="ENTER_GROUPIDS_HERE" />
    <input type="submit" value="Submit" />
    </td>
    </tr>
    </table>
    </form>

    Where it says
    <input type="hidden" name="group_ids[]" value="ENTER_GROUPIDS_HERE" />
    I have put
    <input type="hidden" name="group_ids[]" value="2,3,4,5" />
    but that cannot be right because whichever box people tick they only get subscribed to Product & Industry.
    I also tried creating 4 versions of that line, with value="2", value="3" etc but that results in people signing for all newsletters, even if they only tick one.
    The guy who wrote ListMessenger is on holiday and I'm getting nowhere with the person who is answering forum questions until he is back. He told me to consult someone who knows about HTML forms, so here I am!!
    I'll be very appreciative of any help.

    submit form

    Hi marianm, welcome to the forums,
    I am not familiar with the ListMessenger app. Can you post a link to the form generator please. Also please post examples four and five from the control panel, section end-user tools. BTW you can get rid of the pac-men by disabling smilies, or better yet, by putting the code inside &#91;HTML] &#91;/HTML] bbtags.
