    XML footer

    I want to add my footer on the sites on which I am working, like

    Powered By : XXXXXXXX

    but I want to do this using XML so whatever I change to xml it effect on all the sites i have used this xml.

    How can I do that.

    do you really need to use xml for this? you may not.

    keep in mind that unless you need some of the features xml offers, you could accomplish your goal the same by just using a single file with the html markup you desire, and grab the file with file_get_contents()

    also, if your sites are on a different webserver, you will need a way to share this file with all of them.

    I agree with clamscrusher

    Else use simpleXML (PHP5) or use XSLT(!) to transform the xml file into text and include that... (not-trivial)

    Or enlighten us as to why xml is what you must use?

    use NULL
    Or zero or leave the field name out completely.
