The site stilll needs a lot of work man, it looks like a site that we developed 4 years ago. the logo doesnt even blend in with ur banner its on its own grey box. also try formatting ur text take a look at some nice websites and get ideas of what fonts and colours they used for their text , i think if u make those changes the site will start looking better right away. i like the banner tahts pretty cool.

    Agreed with visualkreations.

    It needs alot work.

http://www.moneymakingstuff.com/widgets/banner.JPG Is very poor quality in my opinion. It is all "noised". Try making one in photoshop and it would be much better quality .

This is how it's looking for me in Firefox:

As you can see, there's a few display problems.

The entire site looks quite dated. The colours are bland and not compelling. Try a different colour scheme.

Agreed with xadet ^. The logo has lots of compression noise. Try saving it as a .gif instead of a jpg, or save it as a higher quality jpg.

I actually like the menu rollover, but the menu itself is too 'fat'. Skinny it up a bit!

Have you thought about people who view your site in a 800x600 monitor? They will have to scroll horizontally to see the whole text!

Add a footer. The site just seems to stop at the bottom.

I'm not sure if all the borders everywhere are supposed to be there, but if they are get rid of them.

    Cheers,
    Jillian S.

In addition to what the others said, work on your grammar and try to make the site not look so spammy. All those bolded "Free" words makes it look like you're desperate to sell something. A lot of the graphics look pixelated.

My suggestion is to go back to the original template and restart with that without trying to do too much. You're probably realizing now just how picky some templates can be to even seemingly a little change.

I'm getting some browser shots from BrowserShots.org and I'll post some links for you on here. As was stated and shown, the quality of your site is really bring brought down because of the terrible graphics.

Your articles are decent and informative which is great because content is so important. Just get to work on that layout

Looks, to me, like a big zinc bucket swilling over with as many adverts and spammy schemes as possible.

Some questions to think about SEO-wise.

Are the articles original? If not, is your aggregation making them more accessible? Will people who'd be interested not have read them elsewhere first?
Are you targeting the word free, on the engines?

As above, the whole free thing looks like a trick. Might want to rethink that.

    Hiyya!

I would drop the ads that wizz across the screen, maybe once you get 10k of visits a day it might be an idea..

The articles are good...well done!...but it's just a potential reader would want a bit of piece of quiet in the viewing port...and your site is a bit "busy"

    regards, Debra.

The drop-down popup is annoying, the design is different but very unique.

First of all you have a lot of work on the design, my advice is - try some sort of CMS if you want to have a dynamic and good looking site in short term. Also your site looks really "phishy" with all this popups and Goolgle ads. If you are going to advertise do it with style, do not place them wherever there is a blank space. But the overall idea is cool, just make it reality.

Hey, nice domain name. I looked at it and wanted to see what was there. If you could make the site more cleaner it would make it more welcoming. Regardless though, I still wanted to go click the links like "Free Articles", an "Free eBooks" - I'll be reading the Free eBooks later

Let me know when you finish with the site. If it's any good, I'll add you to my uselinks list on my money blog

    Hi..

I think you have a good domain name, but you will never get returning visitors by having a design like this. I would suggest the following areas to be improved.

    Header
Header does not blend with the site, and gives a very odd impression, the banner is not aligned properly, you should align it so that it will look much better, what I have seen it that banner.jpg is of height : 107 pixels and the background image (gen_5.1.gif) in header has height of 142 pixels, thats the reason it does not fit exactly, how it should be..

    Left Navigation
Athough it looks good but there is some white space (blank area) on the very left side which does not look good. Secondly you have used images in left navigational bar, its good, however its NOT good for search engine optimization, becuase if you give anchor TEXT instead of images, you will probably get good search engine positioning, so change those images to text.

    Alt text on header
I just noticed that the alt tag you have used for top banner is showing your html code so fix that as well.

    Footer
Add footer somthing similar to your header, becuase its just white background and doest suit with the site overall.

I have noticed you are using H1 tags for SEO, but you can always use CSS to make them look much better. Use cellPadding in tables so that it will give a good look to it..

    hope it helps somehow..

    cheers
    - Ali..

The pics are really used badly, your logo is very dirty looking and needs to be exported/optimised better.

The greys are very dull and boring have you tried using shades of blue?

Nothing really entices me to click on any links as they look rather plain, try jazzing them up or using a block colour on a white background to make it stand out more.

I agree you have a great domina name, yet yout design looks like a blast from the past... Also more graphics would help the site. Logo might need some work. The website seem kind of wide..Just a Newbie opinion

Its nice but I am not somebody that would be believing in anything that I have read on the site because of the design.
