Table width and IE Wierdness

Hi all,

Take a look at this page:

I simply want the image on the left to be 10% of the table width. I've accomplished this in FF with:

<td width='10%'><img src="../../../Mental Handicapped/Introduction/Pictures/pic1.jpg" width='100%'></td><td>j</td>

But in IE, the image on the left takes it's original size.....how can I fix this?

width="whatever you want" height="whatever you want.

Firefox is resizing it based on the table width, IE is not. Also you should use width="100%" with double quotes.

you should have the picture the size you want and not rely on a table to fit to it though. That will make pages load longer and look less quality with a big image resized by the browser.

Unfortunately, I am grabbing images directories from the database and the images come in a variety of sizes which is why I can't do that.
