How can I get data from IE Auto-Complete?

I uses IE Auto-Complete. BTW, my version is IE6, Windows 98. The basic idea is I only input my username and password once and the pop-up says if I want to store my password. I said yes. My question is how do I see the password? Not only that, how do I get all those datas I typed? Sorry, I'm not good at explaining stuff. What I want is to see those previous text I typed inside a form which has been saved because of auto-complete. If I can't do it by tampering anything in my computer, is there a program that can look for this? Also, how do I erase only the web addresses? There are only options for clearing the form and the passwords but not the web addresses.

I think this is what you are after.

You won't be able to see your password anywhere on your system and also your form details. These are encrypted by windows and stored on your hard drive.

If you want to clear your web address's, I'm assuming you mean your history list. This can be done by going to the 'Tools' section in Internet Explorer and then clicking 'Internet Options' and on the 'General' tab click 'Clear History'

If this is not what you are after, let me know and we'll see what we can sort out for you

I would recommend you to read this article: http://msdn.../forms/autocomplete_ovr.asp.
Microsoft claims that AutoComplete box provides several levels of security:
Rogue Web sites cannot access the features of an open AutoComplete box.
Outsiders cannot collect the saved data store.
The data store is encrypted on the user's computer.

    Concerning the values erasing
You can remove an item from the list of suggestions by clicking the item and then pressing the DELETE key.
You can also clear the history:
    1. On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options.
    2. Click the Content tab.
    3. Under Personal information, click AutoComplete.
    4. Select the check boxes for the AutoComplete options you want to use.

And finally, pinki is right. To clear Web addresses entries click the Clear History on the General tab in Internet Options.
    I hope that helps.

Thanks, Ihor. I learn new things reading that article. I learn that you can disable Auto-Complete from your form by using AutoComplete=off but I don't get what vCards do.

When I clear the history folder, I will be deleting only those things in my history but not the typed URLs. I found out you can delete this through HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Internet Explorer > TypedURLS

Since you said encrypting, aren't there an decrypting software out there? Or if I really can't get the data, can I at least save the file. Which file is the formmail data stored.

    Thanks.

I'm not sure of the whereabouts of the folder on the hard drive and to be honest I don't know if there is any software capable of reading it. I guess the best place to start looking would be somewhere like http://www.hackers.com. I am assuming you would only be using this sort of program for your own personal use and not to access anyone else's information.

Thanks for the suggestion but its nowhere there. I did get my hand on 123 WASP which did the trick. Sort of. I can't view all the formmail data but I did view the users and passwords I typed using the formmail.

I already mention that one. Its 123 WASP. Its not really a hacking software since it only reveals password information stored from my profile.
