    Canada Tax Question

I am running a small internet marketing business but have not registered with revenue canada (CAN equivalent of IRS), and i'm wondering if i can register it now, but still claim expenses that were incurred before the registration date? (computers, office supplies, hosting fees, and the like)

Looked through my GST guide and not sure - you'll have to call and ask them... You can probably count ITC's (credits) as long as you're collecting the GST on any sales - goes both ways. If you're not collecting GST on the sales, then not sure if you can claim the expenses. For regular income tax then I would just count self-employment income/expenses for the full year Jan-Dec... for GST would be different.
