    getting this horizontal menu to work in IE as it does in FF

    here is the link: www.halarewich.com/clients/test/

    I want the menu to work in IE, as it does in Firefox currently. Its a problem with not having widths specified. However, I dont want to specify widths, in case text size gets changed etc. Also, if I specify widths, the border on hover is sometimes longer then the text, which we dont want.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

    Just add a float: left property to your #header ul li a should make it work

    Code:
    #header ul li a {
    	float: left;
            display: block;
            height: 39px;
    	color: #CFCFCF;
    	font: bold 130% verdana, helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
    	text-decoration: none;
    	padding-top: 50px;
    }
    In search of the clouds...and maybe some work
