I have this client wanted me to setup for them a shopping cart and use templatemonster theme but need a lot of work to do to modify it. I'm not sure how other webdesigners charge on this kind of project. Not just a shopping cart but there will be an intro page and 2 separate shopping carts for retail and resellers as well.
Cost per hour or cost per project?
