Documenting a Privacy Policy for my Website

I have a website that doesn't collect any user information except the opt-in Google Group Subscription. Other than that it is purely a content site.

I don't store any cookies, but I suspect that some ad banners do. Popup's, we have one currently but gonna get rid of that soon.

Is there any open source template I could follow to create the policy statement?
