Hi can you guys please help me out and tell me how i can make a forum the style of it simlar to http://www.desitorrents.com just want to know how i can make a simlar style and put ads...thanks i am not to expirenced with forums thats a new to me lol

That's a vBulletin forum (like this one). According to the site, it's "fully customizable". I have phpBB, but I imagine vBulletin is similar in using templates and modifications to customize it. http://www.vbulletin.com/

I don't know about vBulletin. I imagine there might be modifications in the site's forum explaining how. If not you could probably hard code into the template file(s).
It most likely has something like "page_footer.tpl" with mark-up that other pages use. If you put in the ad's mark-up into it, it would show on all the pages that use it.

ahhh thanks man...so wut if i use phpBB can i get a kind of style like desitorrents.com and ads on the site?
