reccuring fees

Greetings everybody,
We've got a client who needs subscription based site. I already asked about reccuring fees and as I understood many popular account providers like charge.com or echo-inc.com support them. The question is: Could be unsubscription automated. For example: visitor press "unsubscribe" button in the member's area and system automatically sends request to processing company to stop reccuring fees.

Is it possible or administrator will have to manage this manually.

INSTABILL.COM was very good at these but they have closed donw as they were not making enough money to keep the site goinng even though they were taking 20% per transaction.

Jim, thank You very much for your suggestion but we need merchant account not 3rd party processor. There is a shop as well.

Is the company located in Russia? If so you'll have to contact your local bank as many providers will not setup merchant accounts for Russian businesses. You may want to look into http://www.planetpayment.com They provide merchant accounts to non-US businesses.

Yes, we are russian company but our client is US company so it's not a problem.
