IE bug: doesn't display tooltip for LI elements in 2nd table row
This is obscure, but weird. In Internet Explorer 6 for Windows, I'm finding that the "tooltip" behavior isn't working consistently when I have lists inside of table rows.
Given unordered lists, with the "title" attribute applied to the list item. As expected, the value of the attribute appears as a tooltip when you mouse over the text; but it also appears when you mouse over the bullet (list-marker).
However, when the lists are inside a table, the bullet mouseover effect only works on the first row. Tooltips do not appear for the bullets in any row after the first.
I wonder, is anything to be done about this?
