Creating tabbed navigation bars

I like the Amazon.com style tabbed navigation bars.

Are there any templates on the web or do I have to roll my own using Fireworks 4 or something?

Al Sparber's "Dreamweaver 4 Magic" book? There are many great design ideas there, and a fantastic tabbed layout design. Here's a link to the site http://www.projectseven.com/magic/index.htm and you can probably find the book in any major bookstore. I don't have my files on me at work, otherwise I'd post the html sample for you to check out.
