Double Underline

Using a Microsoft program like FrontPage,
how can I double-underline some text.

This would be used like at the end of a summation.

Well in MS-OFFICE applications you would change to double-underline by choosing Font off of the format menu or via the shortcut menu (right-click on your selection). One in the the Font Dialog you would change the underlining in the drop down box to Double.

Unfortunately you probably cannot do this in FrontPage because neither HTML nor CSS supports double underlined text.
