how can I create links within a CSS

I'm inserting a style type="text/css" block of code into my blog and I wanted to ask is there a way to create a table entry that has links that I manually insert? If someone has any examples maybe u can post it or link me to it and I can try to work with it?

You can't put links into CSS, stylesheets are meant to style content not add it.

If you want to put links in your blog just do it with

<a href="target.html">My link text</a>
