    XML parser

    Hi! Does anybody know the parser that is based only on PHP inbuild functions - not on extension libs (i mean DOMXML and so on)

    You could make your own library to parse XML using PHP inbuild functions, at least, I don't see why not. It's like parsing anything else.

    You see... It is just not quite easy job if you write parser that respects all SPECIFICATION and ENCODING tips. Anyway it seems to me that this is done a lot of times and I fon't see a reason in doing the same
