I find it funny that you all have to use the word "sexy" to describe a phone. Can't you find something better to describe using the word sexy?

Hehe - the mobile phone is the means, not the end you mean?

As in, sexy people are drawn to sexy things?

restarunts used to be relaxing and peacful. Now i hear the phone ringing just like I do at the office :/, mine or someone elses.

I would burn my phone if I could.

I don't have one, don't have any friends to call

My dad has one, my little sister has one, and my cat has one too, it's ridiculous!

    It has a vibrator.

I said sexy because I'm a total gadget freak. I turn into a little boy around gadgets. I don't really NEED my phone, I'd probably survive without it - but it's useful to have. I like checking sitepoint on the bus, which otherwise is totally wasted time.

I mentioned that my phone has a bluetooth chip... Using that, I can connect this totally without wires:

I'd be pi$$ed if that wasn't so funny Can't help it if I've got real fingers

But seriously they are a bit on the small side - I prefer somthing about 1/2 way between my 5110 and my 8210 in size. Damn 8210 only comes 1/3 of the way round to your mouth when you're talking so you get 8210 syndrome where you yell b/c you assume the mic's too far away

The reason why 8210 always seem to have problems with the display screen is that the vibrator is behind the screen. Or so I was told.

    I have Nokia 6110, 6210.
Currently using Siemens S45. Bought it at 50.
And I like it. Though I still like 6210 better..

I don't know. I have to check out Nokia's web site if it has more information about that.

    You mean i-Mode?

There's also a big push on for 3G (third generation) mobile at the moment - esp in Europe - that will offer these kinds of things.

The thing is so cool it's scary. The headset works via bluetooth, which is technically just very-short-range radio. The phone has one bluetooth chip built in and the headset has one. The headset can work within 10 meters (about 30 feet) from the phone, so you can keep the phone in your bag or something, and use the headset exclusively, really.

I have seen an earlier version of this thing in real life, and it's pretty nifty. You can answer and connect calls with one button, and even issue voice commands to the phone. The newer Ericsson phones have very good voice command support - you can for instance dial someone using the headset saying
"voice command" - "John Smith" - "Home"
"voice command" - "John Smith" - "Mobile"
"voice command" - "John Smith" - "Work"

Instead of saying "voice-command" you can of course press the little button on the headset.

Oh, and Angelina Jolie uses this thing in the Tomb Raider movie. Makes me want it even more.

Never - I am the type of person who 'has' to answer the phone. When I want to get away from the phone I leave the house. I definately don't want one with me.

Hopefully I will never need one but I assume someday I might.

and yes that did take a little getting used to at first the way the mouthpiece doesn't actually come to your mouth but is more like pressed against your cheek... it's amazing that the signal's still clear...

isn't it out yet in the states?

anyway, it was out here long ago and it flopped because it costs about the price of your phone (if i recall it costed more than the ericson phone you buy with it)... looks cool in the picture but i figure it'll probably look a little dorky when you actually use it...

I always thought that i-Mode is something similar than what WAP is in Europe ?

What is esp ? Do you mean 3G ? That's how it is referred here.
