All scripts with the copy function don't work.

I've tried a lot of scripts using the copy function, even the one from php.net, but they all fail to work. I just need a script that copies a file in a certain directory, and put the copy into another directory.

Would I have to configure something in my php.ini file? Well, I hope to get this sorted out. Thank you to anyone that helps.

you need to make sure the directory your tring to copy the file into, is writable by php.

i imagine your getting an error message. error messages are key to helping you solve your problems.

Well, I would like to copy HTML, PHP, and GIF files. Also, I don't get any error messages, infact I don't get anything at all - just a blank page.
