class to download/send pop3 emails

I am building a aplication that will include a webmail section to allows users to read/delete/send etc emails just like the hotmail/yahoo based systems.

It needs to connect to a the pop 3 server, download messages etc and be able to send emails (pref inc html support)

Their seems to be quite a few solutions but many seem bloted and to many features etc.

Does anyone know of any simple classes to do this?
