    Question 100% Auto Footer Height?

Right can this be done guys?

I have done this little site with css however, there will not be much content in the centre section so i want the footer to go all the way to the bottom of the page/browser.

As you can see when you look at site the footer is there but lots of white space below because of lack of content. I want all that white space to be the footer, its why i just have a solid colour for it.

Can this be done, i am sure i have seen a few sites with the footer 100% across and stuck to the bottom of the browser???

    Thanks for any help guys

Thankyou for you reply but that is not what i want.

If you look at my link i have done it sort of but its added a scroll for some reason.

The example you gave has the footer at the bottom which is fine, however i don't want the white space when there is no content above it. I want the footer to 'grow' its why its a solid colour. I dont want the content to 'grow', if that makes sense

    Sorry, I see now.
Wrap your page in a container div - say, '#wrap'.
    Give that a white background.
Change the background of your body to the same colour as your #footer.
Remove the height from the #footer.
