How do you get popup menus to work over drop-down form fields in IE?

Hover over Instruction or Course Equipment in IE and the drop-down menu is not hidden.
What is the workaround for IE?
Thanks.

Flash objects normally appear above all other objects on the page - these links may help - it's the wmode parameter you need to adjust

PS: You may want to set a background color for your page, I'm seeing my default 'hot pink' in Firefox - not the white that I presume the page should be

Thanks for the response, but I'm not using FLASH. I'm using the Fireworks popup menu behavior, which I think uses javascript to create the effect.
Thoughts?
Thanks
Brett
