Online Site/ Store creator!!

Hi Guys!!
Does anyone knows a similar or better product as: http://www.onlinesitecreator.net or: http://www.ihtmlmerchant.com/features_2_ent.htm for ecommerce sites. Actually I want to able to provide a service that will allow people from non IT background to create their preffesional site/store online within few mins for a very small setup fee. Now I am looking for good & affordable applications, that will enable me to do this.

Thanks "Sketch" for your reply I am actually looking for a product which will enable me to sell these service, I am not looking for a shoping basket to allow me sell online. That why i tried to post
to "server-side scripting" because some developers might be able to help.

Just check up the above two links on my previews post those companies are actually selling their application to ISP, Hosting co, Webdevelopers and so on.

I am not looking for an ecommerce store, I don't think you have checked one of the link above. I am looking for template-based, site/ store-building software can be customized and hosted by ISPs, ASPs, hosting & design companies, DotComs, etc., to offer online Web page/ store creation and update service.

You have to click on the "Ready to Order?" link at the top of the page, fill in the short form and download the Application Form (in .pdf format)
Pricing is contained in that application form.
