dropdown problem

Hi all

I have constructed a drop down navigation but cant appear to do following:

GET THE ABOUT US AND WHAT WE DO TO DROP DOWN UNDER EACH OTHER.

WHEN I HOVER THE OTHER SECTIONS EG CASE STUDIES THE TEXT REFLOWS UNDERNEATH.

Can someone look at my code and let me know any thoughts

The menu doesn't work in Firefox at all. Have you validated your html? I would do that first, correct the errrors and see where you page stands then.

Also, you have the following as the very first line in your code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>

That throws IE into quirks mode... I'd remove that line before validating your pages.
