Shows as dir listing when uploaded

Hey I just uploaded my whole project folder and all it does is show a dir listing of all my files and exposing my code

I'm basicially a beginner to this, and it works fine on my localhost server, but how do I get it to run on a server that has ruby/rails installed?

It depends on what server setup you are using on your live server.
If you want to run the app on webrick as you would in development you need to run script/server and access the app accordingly.

If this isn't the case, drop us some more details about your live server setup.
