I am creating a site and recently discovered that Netscape does not support borders with CSS. The site is at http://www.uq.net.au/~zznculbe/test.html
It is already set up with borders using styles.
I was wondering if anyone has some ideas about another way I could get the same effect without using css. Of course both netscape and IE will need to support it.
If you would like to make any other suggestions about the layout I would love to hear them also. (The pictures on the test site will not load and the links lead nowhere at the moment)
Netscape supports borders in CSS just not within Tables. As far as Navigator 4.x is concerned you cannot script your tables. One option would be to place your table inside another with cellpadding=1 and bgcolor=black. Both browsers should support it. Netscape 5.0 which should make it to a FTP site near you this millenium should support CSS and scripting for all elements.
