    All images flickering in IE/Windows

Hello, I have been working on the new version of my site but have run into a weird CSS problem. For some reason, in IE on PC's all the images flash white/see through when you hover over them. This doesnt just effect the CSS rollover's i have, but all of the images linked with the CSS file. Please take a look: http://www.abcarcade.com. What's even more weird is that, the same files appear to work fine on my designers server: http://www.designdisease.com/sp/maurice/test.htm. Any reason the same code doesnt cause flickering on a different server? I need to fix the flickering of all CSS images, and make sure the rollovers on the buttons work. Does anyone know what the problem is? I will pay someone if they can fix the problems. Thanks.

If you have a :hover state for links that use CSS background images, IE will reload the image on hover, even if it should be cached, so you get that flicker.

You can get around this bug. I've used .htaccess to get rid of the Vary header, which fixes this problem. See CSS rollover flicker and Minimize Flickering CSS Background Images in IE6.
