Ruby command line interpreter closes after script execution

Hi all,

I installed the Ruby interpreter for Windows on my XP box and all is well except:

The command line window closes *immediately* upon execution of a script.

I click on an .rb file and the window opens, runs the script, and closes so fast it is impossible to review any output.

There must be a configuration setting somewhere that will solve this problem.

Anyone have any suggestions? I prefer not to use FREERIDE or Scite as a workaround.

Run it from a currently open command window, not from the Windows desktop.

Or call the gets function:

# your script here....

gets

The window will be open until you hit return.
