    Browser Problem

    I have a couple of functions that change the cell size of a table that contains a flash movie. It works fine on Internet Explorer but doesn't on FireFox or other Browsers

    function myopen(par){document.getElementById(par).style.height="293"}function myclose(par){document.getElementById(par).style.height="209"}

    can anyone help?

    Sizes need to have dimensions. If you are specifying the sizes in pixels then they are '293px' and '209px'. Without something to tellit what system of measurement that you are using most web browsers don't make any assumptions and just ignore the code. IE is the only browser to assume px if you don't code it correctly.

    Good Idea, I almost never follow proper syntax. Unfortunatly the javascript might not be the problem.

    what I have is a table with a .swf inside of it, and I want to change the size of the table to either show all of the .swf file or just part of it, leaving the rest hidden.

    is this possible with FireFox?

    Thanks for your help!
