Why does it do this in IE?

Hello, I'm trying to get my css to work properly... but there is one tiny thing that is bugging the hell out of me.

    My page is located at:

    http://cheapwebhosters.com/test5.html

    My css is located at:

    http://cheapwebhosters.com/test2.css

In IE, when you scroll up and down the page, you will eventually see the following:

http://cheapwebhosters.com/break.gif (notice the horizontal line at the bottom of the boxes is missing)

What can I do to stop this?

    Thanks.

It's called the Peek-a-Boo bug. Refer to Paul's CSS FAQ found at the top of CSS board to found out how to fix it.
