round corner ccs div with header and body???

Hi,
Does anyone know of a good tutorial or template for a round corner css div that has a header and a body, which are different colours.

OR

should i just stick to a table.

thanks for the link, came accross that in my searching. its not really what i need. I'm looking for a round corner that has two different colours, say, the header div is blue [with round corners at top] and the content div is white.....
if you know what i mean
