    Method instead of get style links???

    Hi there,

    Is it possible to use simple is html or xhtml etc to make a link send a query to a page ie;
    index.shtml?id=content1/main.inc&title=contente1&lang=stat_en

    The reason is that while you can use ssi to repeat variables from something sent through a form set to 'post' you can repeat variables sent like 'get'

    Therfore I need to be able to send a query string attached to a link in a post fashion

    Is this possible - how

    any other methods in ssi??

    Many Thanks Rick

    I would think the way you just displayed would work. I believe within a link you can send variables.

    <a href="bob.htm?name=sean">link</a>

    I think.

    I know you can post variables with a link - link.html?get=get&var=var

    however I need to be able to send the link like a form with its method set as 'post' instead of 'get' would in order for the ssi bit to work out - any ideas??
