Renders Properly in Firefox, but not in IE - GREAT?!

If you visit that page in Firefox, things work perfectly. But when you visit it in IE, it sure does have troubles.

Is my CSS. This is the 3rd re-code (4 codings total). Does anybody have any idea why things aren't displaying properly (I know, it's a lot of code)? How can I fix this?! Sometimes in CSS, it's incredibly hard to do something soo simple.
