    What HTML code do I use to stop a page from being cached? I've already tried using the <meta http-equiv="Pragma" content="no-cache"> but it doesn't seem to work!

    Hello,

    I think that should work also, but you can try this tag as well:

    <meta http-equiv="expires" content="0">

    FYI: Not all browsers will honor those tags.

    If you are dynamicly generating a page using CGI or such there is a similar header you can use that is more often obyed, but again, not all browsers will honor it.
