I'm looking at a site and considering purchasing it. The problem is this: when I did a little research on it I found that it is "blacklisted". What does that mean? I know it relates to spam, but is it the site itself or the hosting provider who is blacklisted?
Have you checked the google index of the site? If the indexing looks like it has a damper on it, and serps are not there, most likely it has been banned from google. I would suggest moving on and finding a better deal.
