ERRGGHH! 100% Height Layout

I have recoded twice now and I'm still not getting the desired results.

You'll notice that the line between my content and right navigation does expand, but not 100% all the way down. How can I do this? HOW COME IT'S SO FREAKIN HARD TO DO THIS? My CSS is located here:

(there is another css file for the tabs, but that is irrelevant)

Hi.

I can't explain it well but this thread might help. There are others. Try searching in SP for min-height 100%.
