Link Frames for Scroll bar

Is there a way to link one scroll bar of a frame/page to another?

I have a page with two frames. I would like to link the main page scroll bar to both frames. This would prevent me from having to update all my pages with the information in the second frame while giving me unlimited space for information. Does this make sense?

Unfortunately, I do not think that there is because you can only have one frame or window active at a time. What I would suggest would be to have a mock frameset. That is where you have a frameset that isn't. You might also look into SSI or PHP for your updating needs. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
