    Smile IE Floats/FF Floats offset. Picture included so you know what I mean lol

    Does IE treat backgrounds as if it were an actual image?

    I tested it on my header (Home Submit )
    They both have bottom: 0, position: absolute;

    In IE its lower, in FF its higher, I also noticed this true in
    another project Ive done. Is there a way around this?

    Ive had this problem a few times, any articles anyone knows about on it?
    I dont know what to look up.. Difference between IE/FF floats?

    i just noticed them link borders are off haha. wonder if thats a bug too or
    if my IE is just on crack

    Because I already had this page on my desktop from when I looked at it before, when I added the updated relative/absolute code both IE & FF looked the same. So then going through the different stylesheets, the thing that's different which looks like it's probably causing the problem is padding: 10px 20px 10px 20px in #header a - it should be padding: 10px 20px 5px 20px.
