Redirect link depending on IP or permissions

I need to redirect links depending on who the user is, that is to say, are they accessing the page from our network or are they offsite. Any suggestions?

Go to http://cgi.resourceindex.com and look under Perl > Scripts > Redirection. You should be able to find something there.
