Please help me tidy my layout

    http://www.sbws.co.nz/test/test.html

In FF1.5.0.4 and Opera 8.51 it looks pretty much how I want it to look, but in IE6 it is messed up.
Here are the things I can't figure out how to fix for IE:
    1) The divs don't line up the same.
    2) There is a strange orange panel seemingly behind the other divs.

Secondly, in all browsers, when the text size increases, why don't the h2 headers in the panels to the right wrap instead of pushing the div wider and pushing the left hand div down? What can I do about that.

(I have commented the html and css files to hopefully make it easier to find the relevant sections)

Thanks in advance for any advice offered.

Thanks for looking. I know it was a big task to ask of someone.

However I have got it sorted.

The problem was that the right-floated div was a little too wide and was encroaching on the space of the div that came up beside it.

I just needed to adjust the width of that div and it all fell into place.

Then I went through and removed as many horizontal margins as possible (and replace the spacing with padding) and things started to line up nicely - even across browsers. Well, the browsers I have access to anyway.

I'd be interested in hearing from someone with a recent version browser on a Mac. Does the layout break?

Thanks again to those who looked.
