last line of content appearing twice

I am using css to layout my site. I have a left column div for my navigation and a content div for the content. On some of my pages the last line of content on the page appears twice. Only in IE. Does anyone have any ideas why it is doing this? It only happens when I have an include coming into the content area. I wrapped a 100% width container div around the includes, but that didn't work so it took them back out. My best guess is that it has something to do with the entire page width and IE is squeezing the page and making the last line appear twice, but I don't have any idea how to fix it. Any help is appreciated.
