    Looking for Vbulletin pro? Never used before

    Looking for Vbulletin pro? Never used before,

    Basicaly i done quite alot of forums but new to this, i need help building my forum and community, just never touched vbulletin and like a hand.

    Willing to pay if your helpfull.


    What is the best version of vbulletin ?

    3.6 Beta has the greatest functionality, but if you feel anxious about running something that is labeled as Beta you could step down to 3.5.x

    Ok, also is it easy to upgrade say when it proper comes out ? how easy is it to skin sites etc.

    Know any good custom skiners ?

    Vbulletin is not the eayest software to skin, but it's doable.
    Upgrading vbulletin is easy, 4.5 to 4.6 is only a feature upgrade so it should be no problem at all.

    I would stay with the 3.5 versions for now, they are much more stable.

    He is right on the skins but the software is the best in my opinion. I have used Phpbb and numerous others before going with Vbulletin. I would suggest the software to anyone and it is very simple to upgrade.

    As far as skin go there are plenty of designers who can do this for you.
