Strange IE Problem

I can't verify this (because I'm on a Mac) but the client says when they go to the site (http://dallasxtreme.com) it works fine the first time, but when they refresh it shows this-



Any idea what could be causing this?

Again the URL is http://dallasxtreme.com

You need to set the margins to 0 on <form>.

You're using a Mac to design web pages and yet don't have access to a PC?
